It is also known as clean room flushed hinged doors. The flush construction prevents bacterial growth hence ensures perfect sterility in the room. It comes in single and double leaf doors depending on the width of clear passage required. These doors come in standard sizes, but customization is also available as per special requirements and site conditions.
Door leaf are made from 04 mm thick high pressure compact laminates sheets with sude finish formed to provide a 44 mm thick fully flush. Polyurethane is used as IN-FILL to give the required rigidity and effective acoustic insulation.
Wall frame are produced form 3mm thick aluminium with 3 mm MS C-channel to reinforce the door life hinges. The wall frame installed on brick/block wall or plastered openings with the help of anchor fasteners. Door frames may supply to knockdown form with joints for bolted assembly at site.
Border printing vision window of 44mm thick toughened clear glass panel can be provided in any rectangular or 300x300 mm size of the door leaf. These window glasses will be flushed with the door leaf.
Stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges fixed to the door frame and door leaf for noiseless and friction free movement for years after year. Mortise latch and concealed lever action flush bolt is provided to the leading stile edge.
Many other useful options are provided with the door like door closer, smoke seal for air tightness, drop seal at the bottom of the door, louvers in the door leaf, any size of vision window, kick plate etc.
